Kennedy Early Childhood Center Partners with Armistad Law Firm to focus on Reading Literacy Initiatives
The Literacy Based Promotion Act (LBPA) was enacted to improve the reading skills of Kindergarten through Third Grade scholars enrolled in the public schools so that every student completing the 3rd grade is able to read at or above grade level.
With this Reading Literacy Initiative, Armistad Law Firm and Kennedy Early Childhood Center will put parameters in place to make sure all scholars leave Kindergarten reading on grade level.
